Mauoq

Mauoq is back on Absys! This time our London-based Italian fellow comes with his very own four-tracks digital release, covering the spectrum of what nowadays we call deep drum & bass music. The EP opens with "Static Rush", an half-tempo dubby number where the depth of atmospheres meets rushes of static sounds, all graced by the voice of Brighton-based singer Loni Lincoln. The title track "Neverlands" follows up providing an additional melodic element with a pinch of epicness, but never pretentious and always true to its constant groove. The third track starts moving the EP to more uptempo territories as the well respected producer/dj from Chicago Stunna presents us with his Jamaican, dub-tinged version of "Dream On". Wrapping things up is "Revolving", a more dancefloor friendly piece which still retains the dreamy mood that pervades the whole EP. Coming out in late October, with original version of "Dream On" as free download!
