His production has been taking off as of late, and now he presents Voyagers and AX for your ears.

Voyagers is a booming space odyssey of a tune, from its spooky, ominous opening complete with ticking drums and garbled vocal sample, and then the synths come in and surround your brain, turning your cerebrum to mush. With no chance to recover, the beats come collapsing in on you, battering you into submission. The whole thing is riding, rising and effortlessly funky, fitting right in with what Dutty are out to achieve. Skitty proves his years of experience behind the boards, doing what others are afraid to do, going far beyond what you expect. A universe of sound on Voyagers.

AX is a future classic in every respect. From the creepy, sliding intro, to the way the drums are established, Skitty hits everything just right, and makes you want to beg for more. Low end notes make their way into the track part way through, and then things drop right down, laying the foundations for a minimal, neuro-infused tune which'll be up there with the best you'll hear all year. Skanking mini-breaks fill things out even more, but it is in its simplicity that AX really works. It'll get into your brain, if not your bloodstream, never to leave.
