The second in the VIP series from Paradise Lost, we see VIP iterations of some real favorites from previous releases over the past year, starting off with a harder-edge take on the nostalgic summer snapshot, Last Summer by Paracusia, who by now is a staple on Paradise Lost. We follow this with a heavier version of the originally stripped-down Eerie by Bereneces and Bruno Sanchez. The second half of the release sees Akano take a more neuro angle to Black Ops, channeling his other project's [Parasite] sound design to perfection. We end up with a superb rendition of An Inherent Order by breaks and atmosphere wizard, Dreadmaul, providing us with an anarchic finish to our second (and final) installment of this VIP series.
