Elke track wordt puur beoordeeld op muzikale waarde, originaliteit, productiekwaliteit en hoe het aanvoelt in een echte DJ-context. Als het geluid sterk is, hoort het hier thuis, of het nu van een bekende artiest komt of van een volledig nieuwe naam.Focus Charts zijn gemaakt voor DJ's en muziekdiggers die hun oren meer vertrouwen dan reputaties. Dit is een plek waar opkomende producers vanzelf naast gevestigde artiesten staan, en waar underground releases dezelfde aandacht krijgen als tracks van grote labels.
