Over Drea Perlon
Bio
Drea Perlon places her voice at the centre of a collaborative electronic music project. After a long period away from making music, she returned through Evosonic Radio in 2021 and began developing new recordings with producers including Tom Wax. Her work moves between club tracks and songs whose identity remains clear when the electronic backing is removed. That idea became explicit with My Roots Will Never Leave My Heart, released on AEYA, the label she runs with Tom Wax. Guests including Mijk van Dijk, Bassface Sascha and The Timewriter contributed different production perspectives. The project later expanded through remixes and Accapella Sessions, which presented the vocals on their own for listeners and other producers. Her voice is the thread through those different versions, making collaboration part of the album’s design rather than simply a list of guest names.Genres
