Bio

PWCCA is not José Chacón’s first identity: the Madrid producer introduced the name in 2019 as an evolution of his earlier Dr Cyanide project. He had already been active in electronic music since 1995 and began making tracks with machines and software the following year, long before the new alias sharpened his focus on tightly structured techno. Chacón founded Hardtools and later Inducted Waves, making label-building part of the project rather than a separate pursuit. The five-track Elected release helped establish the latter catalogue in 2019, while PWCCA records have also appeared on Warm Up, MORD, Modularz and Recorded Things. In 2026, Anatomy of Chaos reached Tempio Omega, followed by Empty Coordinates on Inducted Waves and a contribution to Semantica’s Svreca remix project. Across those records, the emphasis stays on gradual movement, physical low end and rhythmic pressure rather than theatrical peaks.
