Brought together by good friends Madcimiliano & Ian Cahill, “madian” has been smoothly rising through the local scene in Puerto Rico since it’s debut in 2016. After three years of DJing back to back they decided to get in the studio to produce and released their first single “Domino” on Mexico’s XOOD Records. With the desire to create boundless music, with funky alien grooves and a happy futuristic feel to it, Madcimiliano & Ian Cahill ultimately objectified their goal by bringing into existence madian.
Combining their styles and backgrounds (Madcimiliano as a DJ and Art Director and Cahill as a DJ, Producer, and Engineer) with passion and friendship, both artists have upgraded their development to a full-grown level and are now a dynamic duo inside and outside the studio. Each with his own credentials as DJs serving as support acts to well known artists such as Bedouin, Satori, and Priku (Madcimiliano); Fur Coat, Chus & Ceballos, and Neverdogs (Ian Cahill); Tara Brooks, Subfreq, Kora, and Sepp (madian), they now look to take over as artists of their own caliber. With dedication, passion, and enthusiasm for musical growth combined with the knowledge and experience to create sharp musical productions and enticing art work, these two creative minds are a tour de force looking to expand their horizon way beyond the imaginable.
