Room Club, a monthly party Tonaco owns and plays as a resident in his own city in Tocantins, northern Brazil, is the fixed point of what he does at home. He works alone, and released his first record in 2019 through Transensations Records, the imprint he has returned to most often; Mango Alley, Juicebox Music, Meanwhile, onedotsixtwo and WARPP followed. A two-track EP called Extrema became his first for Luum Records in 2025. Speaking to Balance in 2023, he traced his sense of direction to a single night in 2018, his first time inside a big club, watching Hernan Cattaneo play at Warung Beach Club, and he names Cattaneo and Guy J as his main references. Childhood listening, he told the same interview, ran to Pink Floyd and ABBA.
