Cynical Gene, originally from Brighton U.K now residing in Brussels Belgium .
After starting his DJ career nearly 15 years ago Cynical Gene decided to delve into the depths of music production around 2012 quickly getting his name out there with his own unique sound. 
With tracks on labels such as Physmatics Music, Grand Theft Audio and Serotone Recordings to name just a few, he's now pushing on with his sound and technical ability, and after being involved with one of Fragmented Recordings Various Artists LPs last year, Cynical Gene is back for his first solo release on the label!

A two track release of what he does best, dancefloor oriented tunes with a darker edge to them! Track one, Pest Control is a solo venture into the darker worlds providing syncopated drum beats complimented perfectly with that classic dark midrange bass we all know and love. Track two, a collaboration with producer KA takes a journey down more of a neurofunk path, fast pace beats throughout.
