We’ve got another label debut this month in the form of Italian DJ and producer, Sante Sansone, who debuts on Hannah Wants’ Etiquette with his brand new ‘Optic’ EP. Having already been championed on Radio 1 by the likes of Danny Howard, Pete Tong, Monki, and Diplo and with past releases on esteemed labels including Toolroom, Stereo, Lapsus, Saved and Roush, Sansone continues to cement his reputation as a high quality producer within the scene, with no signs of slowing down anytime soon! Kicking things off on the EP is lead track ‘Optic’; an energetic groove which brings hip-swinging hats, percussive drums, playful bassline and chopped vox samples which loop throughout. B-side, ‘Twisted’ follows suit with more rolling percussion, shuffling hats, bubbling basslines, a grooving low-end and vocal chants that ebb and flow throughout the composition.
