Moonwalk

Italian duo Moonwalk (aka Mauro Marabello Morabito and Dario Vizioli) came into existence at the beginning of 2012. Meeting in high school, it was shared experiences on The White Island that inspired them to get into producing and sound engineering, and has lead them to their debut release with ‘Maya EP’ on Lo: Rise. Title track ‘Maya’ is an infusion of funky, deep melodies and melancholic vocals, while ‘Things You Will Need’ borrows more Garage inspired vocals and laces them over an atmospheric Deep House groove. ‘Maya EP’ is a very strong debut EP from this duo who look to be exciting prospects.
