"I chose the name Terminal M, because to me, an airport means you can fly everywhere, to any destination. Like an airport, our music can take you everywhere, but it's always dancefloor oriented! Flying, means quickly reaching your destination. In a way that was what I had in mind with my label. Right away, you should dance to the sound! Acting as tastemaker, Monika has crafted the Terminal M catalog by an instinct learned through 20 years of spinning records every weekend in every major club and festival around the world. In a way, you could say that the label output of Terminal M tells the story of the last 10 years in techno.

Illegal Alien Records is a Mexican record label of Electronic music focus on Techno, Electronica, Experimental and Ambient. Born in 2007 in Florida, USA, founded by the Mexican Ricardo Garduno.

The name ‘Illegal Alien’ was a status granted by the US government to all the immigrants who entered the country illegally were denominated like that. As a result of this, the rights of all illegal immigrants were limited or nullified in many cases. So, awarding this name to the label is a way to remember those immigrants around the world, whose objectives by leaving their countries of origin is to work for a better life and to show that, regardless of the status that other social groups attribute to us, it is possible to reach objectives.
