SC Music is an imprint for an exploratory strain of various danceable and listenable genres, particularly electronic music enlivened with acoustic ornamentation and emitting the vibes of the primeval and far-flung — which has been the signature sound of Scorpios since its inception in 2015 on Mykonos. Integral to the world-renowned venue, the label bills itself as a field research endeavor probing into the synaesthetic potentiality of music — the multi-sensory cross-modal perception of sound; the possibilities of synthesizing auditory, visual, olfactory, gustatory, tactile, vestibular, and all other sensory stimuli into one single gestalt experience.
