Good Company Records, better known as GCR, was founded in 2014 by four individuals with one common objective- to publish some of the best house music our beautiful city has to offer. Headquartered in the Bushwick neighborhood of Brooklyn, GCR is right at home amidst a strong community of forward-thinking creators.

Of course, music is the soul of what we do, but the real story behind GCR is that of the intersection of several locally recurring dance music shows. Each with its own take on things like musical selection, lineup, and environment, these events are often organized and run by the artists themselves and help fuel this city's love affair with underground house music. The friendships and relationships formed during these parties have been everything. The result is an abundance of quality music deserving of a larger audience beyond the loyal following already sharing in it.

The character of our music is a manifestation of the people sharing in its creation on all levels, and without this good company there would be no Good Company Records. We take pride in our ability to bring great music to our city and intend to show the world what NYC's next generation has up it's sleeve. We are (late) 80's babies with a taste for the classic and a thirst for the inventive. There is this genre of music deeply rooted within us and we want to make it our own; we have to make it our own.

What we listen to makes us who we are, and for GCR that is house music. As we continue to develop our catalog, the mission to deliver fresh cuts from talented composers renews daily.

Founded in 2020 Future Avenue is an electronic music imprint which operates under the Sound Avenue umbrella. Sitting alongside fellow subdivisions 3rd Avenue and Crossfade Sounds, Future Avenue looks to provide a home for new and rising talent. With an ethos centred around progressive music and its surrounding derivatives, the label is a platform which gives up and coming artists a chance to showcase their music alongside established veterans as they carve out their own musical identity.

With an unwavering dedication to a meticulously curated selection of genres, including Trance, Progressive House, Melodic Techno, and various forms of melodic E.D.M, such as Melodic House, Chillout, Ambient, Dance, and Deep House, our constant pursuit is to deliver top-notch music to a discerning audience.

At Rice Bowl Recordings, we are ardent about the discovery and nurturing of fresh and dynamic talent. We wholeheartedly support budding artists and established figures, including DJs, music producers, and vocalists, who are dedicated to advancing their artistic careers. Our label serves as a nurturing ground for aspiring musicians who are determined to make their mark in the E.D.M industry.

We are always on the lookout for exclusively original and unreleased material. We do not accept uncleared samples, remixes, bootlegs, or mashups of existing original tracks, or music template copies. We encourage originality.

In our ongoing endeavor to diversify our musical offerings, we have introduced two sub-labels under the Rice Bowl Recordings umbrella: Blakk Digitally Music and Tulua Records. These sub-labels cater to specific niches within the E.D.M spectrum, expanding our array of genres and enabling us to reach a wider audience.

Dopamine Music is a Greek electronic imprint founded in the summer of 2012 by artist and DJ Nikko.Z. Now in its thirteenth year of operation, the label has grown into one of the underground's premier outlets for all things house and progressive. Renowned artists such as Hernan Cattaneo, Soundexile, Jamie Stevens, Marc Poppcke, Dousk, Kosmas Epsilon, Juan Deminicis, Navar, Subandrio, Marcelo Vasami, and many others have showcased their music on the label.

In addition to featuring established names in the industry, Dopamine Music has also served as a platform to nurture up-and-coming artists. The Greek imprint has entrusted emerging talents such as Simos Tagias, Michael A, Navid Mehr, and Namatjira to develop their sound, all of whom are quickly becoming household names.
