Magnitude Recordings was started by @francescopico in 2005. The label quickly gained international recognition in the tech house- and progressive house scenes, working with well respected artists such as Eelke Kleijn (as Backroom Boyz, a collab with Francesco Pico himself), Ferreck Dawn, Roell Sapphire, Harold Heath and Camiel Daamen to name a few, which gained a lot of DJ support.

After a seven year hiatius the label returned in 2018 under de wings of the @manual-music record company. Freshly revamped and serving as a home for the sound Francesco Pico loves most; intelligent, groovy and rolling progressive house. Kamilo Sanclemente, Not Demure, Ewan Rill, K Loveski, Golan Zocher, Callecat, Jaap Ligthart, Paul Hazendonk and Ric Niels are a small cross-section of the artists that call Magnitude Recordings their home nowadays, making Magnitude a brand operating at the forefront of the modern day progressive house scene.

Manual Music was started by Dutch DJ/producer Paul Hazendonk, initially as a sublabel of the infamous Basic Beat company just after the summer of 2005 . The label quickly gained international fame with it’s first release ‘Robotfood’ by Petter and has built a solid reputation ever since.

In 2009, Paul Hazendonk left the Basic Beat company after more then 8,5 years and adapted the Manual brand name for his own company, simply calling it Manual Music. Nowdays Manual Music is a company taking care of management, publishing, digital distribution and ofcourse releasing music on several (sub)labels in various genres within the electronic music scene. Every now and then Manual also hosts an area or a party at various locations, but Manual Music is not a party organisation.

Next to the main label Manual Music (electronica / progressive techno) there are also the Stolen Moments (techno), Melomane (techhouse), Adult Records (hardgroove techno), Groove Worxx (hardgroove techno) and Work Hard Play Hard (funky / melodic techno) labels. On top of that the Manual Music company also owns the catalogue for now defunkt labels Lo-FiSoul, Relatives, Technique and Fly Life Records.

After 6 years Manual Music is still going strong. With an ever increasing fanbase and expanding brand name, the future for Manual is looking bright!

Cinematique was found in the beginning of 2010 by Robin de Lange also known by some of his friends as the 'Manual Driver' for driving Manual Music artists around the country to their gigs. The label started as a Manual distribution label first and has become an official sister label of Manual Music since 1 January 2012.

Cinematique presents itselves as the widescreen of electronic music. It explores the boundaries from house to techno and everything in between. Cinematique offers a platform for open minded producers, known and unknown, who wants to spread their music into this universe. The label will have a strong focus on creativity, originality, danceability and diversity.

Cinematique is sometimes edgy, sometimes dreamy, sometimes naughty, but never boring. Releases have been supported by the likes of James Holden, Hernan Cattaneo, Sasha, Nick Warren, Eelke Kleijn, Laurent Garnier, Orde Meikle, Dr. Motte and many more.
