A lot has happened in the last 20 years of dance music, but one constant has been Get Physical right at the sharp end of the scene. The label has become a globally recognised symbol of quality, renowned for its always varied and vital house output. Forming the backbone of the label's vast catalogue is the influential in-house DJ mix series, Body Language. It is a snapshot of exactly where the underground is at and has been assembled by tastemakers such as Azari & III, Catz ‘N Dogz, Dixon, DJ Hell, Francesco Tristano, Nôze and of course label-founders Booka Shade, DJ T., and M.A.N.D.Y..

Next to that there has been a constant stream of innovative, dance-floor ready singles, crossover club classics, seminal remixes and a number of standout artist albums. The label has always stayed true to its house roots, but with a rich array of influences taken from the worlds of disco, deep, tech and melodic house. Along the way, Get Physical´s core artists have been joined by red hot new talents including Alinka, Thandi Draai, PAUZA, Yulia Niko, Birds Of Mind, CIOZ and Monkey Safari. There have also been carefully considered forays into thriving house music scenes in Africa, Brazil, Cuba, Croatia and India: dedicated compilations and EPs have highlighted those region's most exciting new talents and given them a global platform.

The name says it all: Get Physical tracks could hardly be more moving and corporeal. It was true in 2002, and it will be true in 2022 and beyond. To celebrate the occasion, the label will reissue some of its most classic tracks, host special anniversary events and release a new range of merchandise in collaboration with Australian brand One Teaspoon. Get Physical has already made a huge contribution to the history of contemporary house music, but rest assured the German label still has plenty more to say.

Manual Music was started by Dutch DJ/producer Paul Hazendonk, initially as a sublabel of the infamous Basic Beat company just after the summer of 2005 . The label quickly gained international fame with it’s first release ‘Robotfood’ by Petter and has built a solid reputation ever since.

In 2009, Paul Hazendonk left the Basic Beat company after more then 8,5 years and adapted the Manual brand name for his own company, simply calling it Manual Music. Nowdays Manual Music is a company taking care of management, publishing, digital distribution and ofcourse releasing music on several (sub)labels in various genres within the electronic music scene. Every now and then Manual also hosts an area or a party at various locations, but Manual Music is not a party organisation.

Next to the main label Manual Music (electronica / progressive techno) there are also the Stolen Moments (techno), Melomane (techhouse), Adult Records (hardgroove techno), Groove Worxx (hardgroove techno) and Work Hard Play Hard (funky / melodic techno) labels. On top of that the Manual Music company also owns the catalogue for now defunkt labels Lo-FiSoul, Relatives, Technique and Fly Life Records.

After 6 years Manual Music is still going strong. With an ever increasing fanbase and expanding brand name, the future for Manual is looking bright!

As the Belgian imprint continued to grow and diversify its output 3rd Avenue was created to focus on the more traditional progressive house sounds which ultimately spawned Sound Avenue’s beginnings. The labels initial releases from Blusoul, Lautaro Varela, Matias Chilano and Progress Inn forged a strong blueprint which still holds true today. Now six years since the labels inception 3rd Avenue has built a healthy artist roster which includes Nicolas Rada, Hot Tuneik, Paul Angelo & Don Argento, Mir Omar, Namatjira and Michael & Levan and Stiven Rivic. The label’s ‘We Are The Future’ compilation series has long been one of the best showcases of new and undiscovered artists. Released quarterly these exclusive collections are now revered industry wide for not only developing new talent but for featuring some of the freshest most cutting edge music around. 2019 holds even more promise for this  ourishing imprint with a bevy of exciting releases and an ever expanding artist roster.

Founded in 2011 by Belgian DJ and producer Madloch, Sound Avenue is an electronic music label that stands for quality and originality. Borderless in vision, the Belgian imprint has forged a path to multiple musical dimensions. Blurring the boundaries between house and techno, it’s a platform for anyone with an open mind and ears. Having built early momentum on a global scale, the label hosted events across Europe, North Amercia, Argentina and their home country of Belgium. These uniquely branded club nights featured some of the labels core artists (at the time) including Agustin Basulto, Beat Syndrome, Luis Junior, Matias Vila, Nicolas Rada and Sound Process. It set in motion what has been a unique course to musical freedom, pioneering various sonic blueprints over the course of eight years, while maintaining a strong bond between its loyal and ever expanding fanbase.

Originally intended to be a stand alone platform, as Sound Avenue experienced unprecedented growth its musical horizons expanded, eventually paving the way for two label subsidiaries in 3rd Avenue and Crossfade Sounds. The former drew influence from Sound Avenue’s early beginnings, showcasing the best in melodic house while the latter dove into the realms of deeper, dubby house and laid back modern techno.

Now over one hundred releases into their journey, Sound Avenue has continued to flourish through precision, care and well thought out A&R choices.
