JAVAX is an innovative techno artist whose musical roots run deep, beginning with classical piano and guitar training in his youth. Immersed in electronic music from a young age, he took his first steps into DJing at just 12, mixing vinyl hard house and trance - genres introduced by his music-loving parents.
JAVAX refined his DJing skills, obsessively revisiting his mixes and pushing his technique to new heights. By 16, his curiosity led him into music production, beginning with FL Studio and eventually moving to Ableton Live. Influenced by an eclectic blend of electronic genres, he developed a unique sonic identity, a fusion of techno’s driving energy with bass music’s bold intensity.
After moving to London in 2015, JAVAX quickly established himself, earning residencies in both Auckland and London’s dynamic music scenes. In 2024, he released tracks on prominent labels such as CODEX, Modular States, and IAMT, gaining support from techno icons including Nicole Moudaber, Spartaque, Ramiro Lopez, Richie Hawtin, Paco Osuna, Joseph Capriati and more. His releases have consistently charted in Beatport’s Top 100 Techno, affirming his position in the genre.
JAVAX’s electrifying performances have resonated with audiences at iconic venues like Ministry of Sound, Printworks, and more. His relentless dedication to his craft drives him to continuously push the boundaries of techno, delivering innovative sounds and captivating live sets that leave a lasting impact.
