Biografia
ACP makes jump-up drum & bass shaped by his earlier enthusiasm for riddim dubstep. The Bristol producer began experimenting with music in his early teens, first making house tracks and rap beats with childhood friend Jenks before the two turned to drum & bass during lockdown. Their friendship remains part of his working life, with joint releases including the Steppa EP. His Jumpscare release on Souped Up brought that bass-heavy approach to Serum's label, alongside music for CruCast, Low Down Deep and BoujeeBass TV. Archie chose the name ACP as a reference to his cerebral palsy, making his experience of disability an explicit part of a career he hopes will encourage others to pursue music.
