Biografia

Haris Zigeridis aka ZIGER is one of the main representatives of high quality electronic dance music in Greece. Born in 1981 in Thessaloniki & later raised in Athens, he discovered his passion for electronic music as a teenager, soon deciding to immerse himself in music production. The new millennium brought the first results in his home studio, and a couple of years later he signed his first release. In 2003 he started his studies in Music Technology & Computer Programming, which allowed him to invest further in his home studio and focus on producing fresh beats and pieces, influenced by the modern progressive genres in House, Techno & Trance of that time. His first big moment came in the late '00s, after remixing Yves Larock and gaining attention from important figures in the industry, stepping into the '10s energized and more promising than ever. Ziger’s music has been highly recommended by top artists of the global dance music industry, including Sasha, John Digweed, Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Above & Beyond, Paul Oakenfold, Jerome Isma-Ae, Guy J, Guy Mantzur, Petar Dundov, Henry Saiz, Edu Imbernon, and others. His experience as a DJ/live act dates back to the '00s in the Athens scene. In the studio, he’s collaborated with artists like Van Bellen, David Granha, Luke Porter, Weekend Heroes, Andrea Bertolini, and others. His studio upgrades and philosophy toward electronic music, combined with his experience, have led him to major events and festivals in Greece, as well as upcoming shows around Europe and beyond, while focusing on creating new tracks in his studio. Ziger is considered a figure who won’t fade from the electronic scene in the near future. Keep an eye on him!
