Biografia

D-Leria gives Giuseppe Scaccia’s fascination with sound a setting that is both exploratory and physical. Now based in Milan, he performs as a DJ, live artist and in hybrid form, combining studio investigation with the demands of a moving dancefloor. He began DJing in 2001 and first developed an international production and performance career in hardcore. The D-Leria project emerged in 2014 as a way to pursue a different musical direction. His involvement in Delirio, as an artist and label curator, gave that change a practical foundation: the label placed particular value on live recording and opened space for experimental electronic musicians. A period in Berlin fed the long development of his debut album, Driving to Nowhere. Subsequent work with Avian, Semantica and Non Series has continued that exploration, while a modular live set introduced at HALL in Tallinn in 2022 brought his approach directly onto the stage. Appearances at Tresor, Khidi and Radion extended this live practice. His Kongas alias provides another route into tribal rhythm, sitting alongside rather than replacing the open-ended techno of D-Leria.
