Bio

Mark Eteson's work moves between trance production, DJing and immersive music-led theatre. Based in Las Vegas, he traces his earliest musical experience to making a cassette of songs and stories with his father at five. DJing became his career in the following decades, with releases on Anjunabeats, Armada and Garuda and international travel that shaped his sense of music and performance. A Hakkasan residency brought him to Las Vegas in 2013. The booth eventually became a starting point for something more theatrical. During the pandemic, Eteson began developing House of Leaves with event producer Andrea Frey, bringing DJs, roaming characters and interactive storytelling into the same party. Its first event took place at the Keep Memory Alive Center in 2021, followed by appearances at Area15 and Mandalay Bay's S Bar. His later project The Story of Everything brought a live-performed score to a film about the universe and consciousness, premiering at the Palms IMAX theatre in 2024. Alongside those projects, tracks including Sweet the Sound and AFTRHRS continue his recording work. Songwriting, club performance and building an experience around an audience have all become parts of his musical life.
