BizZa's move to Barcelona changed how he makes music. After developing his career from Badajoz, the Spanish DJ and producer found himself able to spend regular studio time with artists he had previously known at a distance, including CAAL, De La Swing and LondonGround. Those encounters accompanied a shift from glitch-heavy minimal towards a warmer house sound built around percussion, chord stabs and more openly emotional ideas.
His releases connect him with elrow Music, Hottrax, MÜSE and Cécille, but the process is often deliberately open-ended. He has described arriving at the studio with a coffee and no fixed plan, searching until a sample or a rhythm suggests a direction. Origins of Vibe, released through Dennis Cruz's BotaniQ, captured that change in approach: a set of tracks made while exploring a more personal, house-focused sound, then selected with Cruz after both had tested the material in their sets.
