Born and raised in the South of England, Wodda has quickly become one of the most sought-after names in the underground music scene. With a ‘no stone left unturned’ attitude when producing and hunting for music, Wodda has crafted himself a foundation of versatility. From stripped back 00’s tech house to the golden years of 90’s trance to modern day speed garage, if there is a way to piece it all together, Wodda will find a way.
Playing at iconic venues such as After Caposile, Hoppetosse and Fabric shows the true gravity of this man’s potential. A familiar face on Beeyou line ups, and finding himself joining some of the UK’s biggest parties in You&Me and Slapfunk in 2024, the only way is up for our man from Reading.
Grasping inspiration from other genre snubbing artists such as Ben UFO and Jamie XX, it is obvious to see how Wodda is so comfortable casting his spell on any form of dance music. From his self-released Speed Garage ‘Chestplate Business’ EPs to his new-wave ‘T-Total’ EP on Burnski’s Pilot label, it is truly impossible to label what sound Wodda symbolises.
Returning from a recent trip to Australia, which saw him play for renowned party starters ‘S.A.S.H’, Wodda is truly ready to get to work and put the wheels in motion for a lifetime in the booth.
