Makebo is a DJ and producer based in Barcelona, known for his deep understanding of the structure and philosophy behind forward-thinking electronic music. Drawing from Organic and Progressive House, his sound is subtle, hypnotic, and groove-driven, designed to pull the listener into a focused, immersive state where rhythm and emotion unfold naturally. His music reflects an intimate dialogue between movement, depth, and the present moment. In 2021, together with Amonita, Makebo founded the Rubicunda label — a creative platform dedicated not only to music releases, but also to curated showcases that unite artists around melodic and organic sounds. The project quickly became a space for shared musical vision and artistic exploration.
