Biografía
Tal Tobi's work connects DJing, production and the organisation of Tel Aviv's electronic scene. Active since 1999, he has played Ha'oman 17, The Block and Forum, alongside international bookings and the underground events of his CiTiC crew. His productions favour analog character and warm, prominent sounds; Carrot Pullie introduced his releases in 2016. With Nino Tores, the Different EP explored spoken-word material, Japanese scales and abstract melodic ideas rather than repeating one club formula. He also founded a school teaching production, music theory and DJing. For Tobi, organising events and testing his own tracks in sets are practical ways to keep his studio work connected to audiences.
