Biografía
Bristol-based DJ and producer Henry James makes club music as Boulderhead, moving between tech-house, broken beats and minimal techno. His background includes piano, playing in a band and studying creative music technology at Bath Spa; nights out in Cardiff and Bristol helped turn that wider musical interest towards dance music. Releases for Craigie Knowes, Gestalt and Gene On Earth’s Limousine Dream have developed alongside his own Mint Tea label, which he treats as a passion project rather than a fixed release schedule. The Bread, Butter, Noodles, Spice EP and later Dancing Rain sit within that club-focused work, while collaborations with Remotif connect him to the Down To Earth collective. Away from producing, his Noods Radio programme provides another outlet for his selections.
