ESSENN

‌

Biografía

ESSENN is the house-focused outlet of Nicola Scarpante, a producer whose background reaches into Latin pop, vocal dance music and the Italian club scene. Growing up around his father's work in independent radio, he began experimenting in a home studio in the early 1990s. His earlier projects included Cecilia Gayle's El Pam Pam and 2Black, formed with DJ Miki Zara and known for Waves of Luv. As ESSENN, he channels that experience into house productions spanning disco references, soulful touches and driving tech-house grooves. Collaborations with Antony Grey are part of that work, alongside solo releases such as Keep On and Call My Name.
