Biografía
By his own account Alexander Koning was running illegal raves in Amsterdam in the early 1990s, handing Adam Beyer and Chris Liebing early Dutch bookings and picking up a 1998 nomination for best Dutch organisation. The promoting never stopped: the parties and festivals he organises include The Promised Land, Summer of Love and Winter of Love. In 2013 he founded Percep-tion Records as a platform for his own ideas about music, parties and art. Illness then interrupted all of it, and he has said he lost ten labels, his record shop and his DJ career over five years, painted because it was the one thing left to him, and rebuilt around a studio in Berlin. Percep-tion now carries C.U.N.T., the electro project he makes with longtime friend Ed Dejon.Géneros
