Jordan Wyness, better known as Van Damn, is quickly emerging as one of Scotland’s most exciting electronic music exports—hailing not from the country’s clubbing capitals, but the small fishing town of Arbroath. Over the past decade, he has been instrumental in shaping Scotland’s underground party scene, spearheading some of its most renowned events through his celebrated “All Good” club brand. Hosting global heavyweights such as Skream, Hannah Laing, Ben Hemsley, Patrick Topping, Ewan McVicar, LF System, Peggy Gou, and Groove Armada, Van Damn has built a formidable reputation both behind the decks and behind the scenes.
The impact of his releases in 2024 have propelled Van Damn onto major stages, including BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend, Cultivate, Ibiza Rocks, Pikes, Drumsheds, Hï, SWG3, and doof In The Park —solidifying his presence as a force within the UK club scene.
With 2025 set to be his biggest year yet, Van Damn is gearing up for a landmark release schedule, including Turn Up The Power on Hannah Laing’s doof label, releases coming on Southern Fried, and high-profile collaborations with notable artists in the same lane. Adding another milestone to his career, he is also launching his own Podcast—an exciting new Podcast featuring high profile guests in the Electronic music space.
