Biografie

Progressive house gives LoQuai room to draw together the psychedelic, trance, breakbeat and drum & bass sounds that shaped his early production. Konstantin Alt began exploring electronic music in 1998, with his first release following in 2005 and a substantial body of work developing around Mistique Music. His Unison show on Frisky Radio extended that approach into DJ selection. Based in Ulm, he treats studio work as an exploratory process: a track might begin with melody and pads or with rhythm, while remixes offer space to reconsider another producer's material. That flexibility also explains his move toward progressive music after working across several electronic styles. Later remix credits include Kay-D's Mermaids and Morning Mist on Aethereal, alongside Wait for Me by Vladimir Impulse and Sputyan on Smart Phenomena.
