Avon Stringer (Jeremy Joshua & Matt Nugent) are one of the most consistent and prolific Australian house music acts with a string of international and homeland success. A few years back they signed to Jesse Rose’s legendary 'Play It Down’ label, home to Oliver Dollar, Junior Sanchez, Ninetoes, Weiss, Dick Johnson and more. The pair went on to release 11 Avon Stringer original tracks including 'Pressure', a collaboration with Jesse Rose that cracked the #1 spot on the UK Buzz Chart and featured on the Defected Opening Party Ibiza Mix compilation release.
Since then their music has consistently hit the charts on Traxsource on labels such as Guesthouse, Simma Black, Double-Up and Tinted and has been supported in DJ sets and radio shows from international tastemakers such as Roger Sanchez, Mark Knight (Toolroom Radio), Sam Divine (Defected Radio), Todd Terry, Laurent Garnier and more.
