Two of last year’s standout artists are back on our label Perfecto Records. GSEP and Rikki Sawyer have teamed up once more for yet another stellar release on our sub label Perfecto Black. Their previous release Closer was a big hit which we still can not seem to get out of our head! Their next release is the prestigious new single Avatar. A brooding atmosphere looms over all while flanged effects and a light percussion take a bow before the main show begins. Sturdy basslines get things rolling alongside soft melodies and distorted mechanic-like synth lines that appear to try to communicate with us, while an orchestral, epic, almost cosmic choir makes its appearance instilling visions of grandeur before our very eyes. As the tune progresses one tends to get lost within the futuristic aural landscapes, addictive grooves and progressive electrifying leads. A journey to another world, unknown and mysterious unfolds. One can not help but gaze in awe and utter disbelief at all the marvels that lay in our path!
