BOg, an artist originally hailing from Romania but now making Paris his creative base, has etched his name into the tapestry of electronic music history. A multi-talented artist, label owner, and DJ extraordinaire, BOg's journey through the world of music is a testament to his unwavering dedication, creativity, and deep passion for electronic sounds. This is the story of a musical visionary whose life and career have been a remarkable odyssey.

Born and raised in Romania, BOg's love for music blossomed from an early age. Drawn to the hypnotic rhythms and enchanting melodies of electronic music, he knew he had found his calling. With Paris as his backdrop, BOg embarked on a journey that would take him to the very zenith of the global electronic music scene.

In 2017, BOg took a bold step by launching his own record label, Atlant. This venture became a creative sanctuary for him, allowing him to curate and release music that resonated deeply with his artistic sensibilities. Atlant soon gained recognition as a platform for innovative and boundary-pushing electronic music.

BOg's music has taken him to the far reaches of the globe, touring territories that span Europe, Australia, North and South America. Along the way, he has cultivated a dedicated and loyal fanbase who eagerly await his performances and releases, cementing his status as a beloved figure in the electronic music community.

In addition to Atlant, BOg has graced well-respected labels such as Watergate, Diynamic, Innervisions, and Bedrock with his distinctive productions. His ability to craft emotive and immersive music has earned him the respect and admiration of fellow artists and industry luminaries.

A momentous milestone in BOg's career came in 2019 when he played a truly special Cercle live broadcasted set from the Romanian Embassy in Paris. This unforgettable performance showcased his artistry and further solidified his status as a global electronic music ambassador.

BOg's DJ sets are nothing short of transformative experiences. His ability to take audiences on a profound musical journey, weaving together intricate sonic landscapes, is a testament to his skill as a storyteller through sound.

Every artist leaves a mark, and Mihai Popoviciu’s is unmistakable. For almost two decades, the Romanian producer and DJ has crafted a signature style—deep, hypnotic grooves, pinpoint precision, and an energy that commands the dancefloor.
Growing up in Sibiu (Romania), a city far removed from Europe’s electronic epicenters, Mihai’s passion for house and techno was born in isolation. The ‘90s saw London, Berlin, and Ibiza booming with dance music, while he was left scavenging for whatever sounds he could find. “We’d record German TV shows onto cassette and play them on repeat,” he recalls.

With no club scene in sight, Mihai’s DJ dreams seemed like a long shot. “I couldn’t DJ because there were no clubs,” he laughs. But software was within reach, so he made music. Refining his sound track after track, in 2005, his music found a home on International Deejay Gigolo. From there, he became a fixture on labels like Highgrade, Poker Flat, Bondage Music, Berg Audio, and his own imprint, Cyclic, founded in 2012.

Patience and persistence paid off. Once purely a producer, Mihai soon stepped behind the decks, learning the art of DJing on borrowed turntables. His transition from the studio to the club was seamless. Soon, the world took notice. Over the past decade, Mihai Popoviciu has solidified his status as a leading figure in the electronic music scene. Now, his name graces the lineups of the most revered clubs and festivals worldwide.

Mihai’s mission is simple: to share the joy and energy that fuel his passion. “Seeing people dance, smile, and lose themselves in the music—that’s what it’s all about.”

Whether commanding an underground club or a festival stage, Mihai’s sound remains unmistakable. “He had it from the start,” says friend and agent Benny Grauer. “You always know when it’s Mihai. And it’s always on point.”
