Bio
Artslaves is an Italian duo formed in 2012 by producers Alex and Dom, who are also the
founders of Moan Recordings—a label that quickly rose to become one of the most
respected names in the global Tech House and Deep Tech scene. With hundreds of
successful releases and a roster of standout artists, Moan has become a major force in
electronic music.
Since its inception, Moan has propelled Artslaves into a nonstop wave of showcases
across Europe, gracing top festivals like Tomorrowland (Belgium), Il Grido (Italy), and
Dava Festival (Romania), as well as iconic clubs such as Sankeys and Destino (Ibiza),
Watergate and Kater Blau (Berlin), Toffler and Now & Wow (Rotterdam), Supermarket
and Frieda’s Buxe (Zurich), Electric Brixton and 93 Feet East (London), Cosmic Ballroom
(Newcastle), Gate N°5 (Hull), Grelle Forelle (Vienna), and Bolgia, Basic, and Duel Beat
(Italy), among many others.
Their sets reflect a deep-rooted musical sensibility, blending Tech House, Minimal, and
Techno with a signature touch—reviving classic elements and fusing them with modern,
groove-driven sounds that leave an unmistakable mark on every dancefloor.
Over the years, Artslaves have collaborated with top-tier artists including Wade, Oxia,
Reboot, Neverdogs, Hito, Leon, Joey Daniel, and Di Chiara Brothers, and have released
on leading imprints such as Sound D’Elite, Issues, Snatch!, Deeperfect, and Bamboleo.
