Bio

Melody sits at the centre of Zuccasam’s approach to electronic music, paired with the drive of a club record. The project’s own biography describes a return to making dance music after an earlier period in the industry, an outlook reflected in its progressive and melodic house releases. Nightcolours has been a recurring home, while collaborations with Gai Barone, Four Candles and David Calo place Zuccasam among producers working across that musical territory. The Far Cry EP brought a remix from Hernan Cattaneo and Mercurio, adding another interpretation of the project’s melodic sensibility. Releases on Selador, including Flip No / Jomi, sit alongside that Nightcolours relationship and work for Plastic Fantastic. Zuccasam’s profile is built around both original productions and the exchange of ideas that comes through collaborations and remixes.
