DON DARKOE is focused on spreading drum and bass across Asia and building it into a truly global scene. Born in Indonesia and based in Australia, he launched the project in late 2022 with a clear goal: push Australian jump-up while connecting new audiences to DnB culture.
Since then, he’s released on UK labels like CruCast and UKF, worked with artists like Macky Gee and Monxx, and toured Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and Europe. His raw, unpolished content on TikTok and Instagram has helped him connect directly with fans and open doors in regions often overlooked by the scene.
In 2024, he played LOCUS festival in Bali and performed in Myanmar despite civil unrest, committed to bringing DnB to places where it’s rarely heard. Beyond his own music, DON DARKOE runs a successful community mentoring DJs and producers, helping them with music marketing, branding, and growing independently without relying on gatekeepers.
