About HERS

Bio

HERS is Buenos Aires producer Ramiro Suarez, whose techno brings tribal percussion and swing to a Detroit-influenced framework. His connection with Detroit Classic Gallery gives a clear introduction to that approach. On Swing y Nafta, four originals explore the relationship between those rhythmic instincts and the label's techno heritage, with VIL and Cravo contributing a dub-oriented remix of Roots. HERS has also released through Ghetto Rhythm Records and HRS. The emphasis is on rhythm and movement, with his own productions providing the centre of a project developed within Buenos Aires' techno scene.
