Since the initial boom of underground electronic music in the UK, Roska has been one of the UK’s leading niche authorities, both as a producer and DJ, constantly unveiling new talent for all of us to enjoy. Roska’s production style has varied over the years, between stripped back, percussion-driven rollers to more club-influenced vocal creations, all of which will always pack a tremendously recognizable rhythmic punch, gaining support around the UK and also abroad, with international music hubs such as the USA & Japan showing love to the UK legend.

Alongside this, Roska has managed to stay very much with the times within his production arsenal, slowly stripping his style through the reprisal of the Bakongo alias to cover more techno and tribal house influenced creations, whilst also slowly moving into the realms of dancehall production with some extremely original ideas and production techniques, in case that wasn’t enough!

Sonic innovators will always be hailed for their musical contributions in the UK, especially those who are seen as being within the founding father range of a genre’s history. Polymath and global DJ, ENiGMA Dubz is fast becoming one of the most influential producers in bass music - flexing from punishing drops to cinematic electronic soundscapes.

His series of mixtapes have made significant impact with Mixtape 1: #Heaters, featuring seven collaborations with some of the hottest acts in the global dubstep scene - including PAV4N, Hypho, Bommer, Nika D, MYTHM, Gnasha, Snowy & Wraz. - followed by 2024’s Mixtape 2: #Vibes showcasing the soulful future garage, breaks and melodic bass side of the ENiGMA Dubz sound - including collabs with leading electronic vocalists Lauren L'aimant and Leo Wood.

He has seen support from leading tastemakers including UKF, Kiss FM & Radio 1Xtra, alongside spins from dons DJ Q, Caspa & London Elektricity - and landing on a host of cross-genre Spotify editorial lists.

2024 also saw the producer make his debut release on CRUCAST with the viral UKG Window Kid collab,  Playing Out (feat. Émilie Rachel), and was handpicked by Mike Skinner to feature on The Streets'  fabric mixtape.

ENiGMA has played some of the biggest bass festivals in the world, including Lost Lands, Rampage &  Infrasound Equinox - alongside regular DDD slots with Truth.

2022's comeback album Awakening was seen by UKF as "the Birmingham producer’s most diverse and full-flavoured album to date. Flexing from his signature heavyweight dubstep to drum & bass, UKG and all emotional shades and styles in between.”
