Bio

Marco V is closely associated with the harder, more percussive side of trance. His residency at Eindhoven's De Danssalon brought him together with studio partner Benjamin Bates, and records such as Godd and Simulated established a sound that connected trance's scale with techno's rhythmic force. Dance Valley, Trance Energy and Creamfields became major settings for that music. His In Charge imprint gave him a place to develop beyond individual singles, including the album 200V and the later Propaganda projects. Vocal records and changes in tempo widened the palette without removing the club foundations. The connection between those early ideas and contemporary techno became particularly clear with Loxia on Drumcode in 2025. Looking back that year, he recognised elements of his original V.ISION approach in the music finding a new audience. It is a career of changing styles with a recognisable thread: melody and tension held together by a strong, physical rhythm.
