Starting to play the piano at the age of four, music has always been a big part of Sam Shure ́s life. As the child of an Egyptian Jazz musician (Basem Darwisch) he was strongly influenced by Egyptian sufi music, oriental Jazz and traditional Nubian folklore since childhood. His oriental roots combined with his passion for the piano and especially house music led him to electronic music production, where he nowadays creates a symbiosis of all three genres.
