Bio

Composer, producer, and musician from Mexico City, currently based in San Miguel de Allende. Some of my other projects are Karen y Los Remedios, Extraperrestre and Ser Humano. My music can be described as Lo-Fi, Downtempo, and Trip Hop. Lo-Fi because I tend to cut most of the high frequencies when I’m composing, since those frequencies can be easily annoying. Later in the production process I compensate for that, but once I learned there was a name for this kind of approach (lo-fi), I’ve been trying to leave my music the way I think it sounds better. Downtempo because, regardless of the style, my music is almost always on the slower end, usually around 60 to 90 BPM. Finally, Trip Hop is considered a downtempo genre, but I’m drawn to the darker feel it has, which is a direction I often take my music in. Some of my main influences also come from that genre.
