Bio
Jae Depz has cemented himself as a pivotal figure in the UK Bassline and Garage scene. His high energy remixes have garnered international attention earning him massive support from some of the industry's most established DJs, including MK & Girls Don’t Sync. Having started out DJ'ing over 15 years ago playing clubs and a wide range of events all across the country, this year, he’s made his mark as an artist on the festival circuit with standout sets at Leeds Festival, Forbidden Forest, and Gemfest, as well as at the legendary Mint Warehouse in Leeds — sharing the stage with Danny Bond, Silva Bumpa, DJ EZ, Malugi, and TS7.
His breakthrough moment came with a remix of the UK Top 10 dance hit Asking by Sonny Fodera, MK, and Clementine Douglas, which went viral on TikTok and racked up over 400,000 SoundCloud streams in just a few months. The track caught the attention of Solotoko, who signed it to the official remix pack, pushing total streams to over a million. This lead to Jae working with labels such as 3beat (Universal), Pullup, Perfect Havoc (Sony) and NQ Records.
Since then Jae Depz has continued to thrive, with his latest single ‘You’re The One’ with Sempa acheiving radio play on BBC Radio 1 and KissFM, as well as releasing the official remix for the Speed Garage version of Rihannas ‘Where Have You Been’ by Reese. With more releases and upcoming bookings in the pipeline, Jae continues building momentum as one of the most exciting DJs to watch on the UK music scene.
