Bio

CRUNCHY CA$HEW is the newest alter ego of Abdelilah Amraoui, a producer with over thirty years of experience in the international music industry. His sound lives on the raw edges of underground culture, moving effortlessly between UK bass, Miami bass, drum & bass, breaks and everything in between. What connects it all is impact. Heavy low-end, sharp drum work, and a fearless approach to sound design. Over the years, Abdelilah built a career that blends underground credibility with industry-level reach. Alongside major-label work, he delivered music for commercials and film, with placements across multiple projects, including behind-the-scenes music contributions for Dutch feature films. His credits also include collaborations that stretch across scenes and continents, such as working with Paul Wall and Somaya Reece (MTV Love & Hip Hop). He also worked closely with the legendary Ron Carroll (RIP). His work includes collaborations with James Stefano and Fab Morvan (Milli Vanilli), including a world premiere moment featured on Oprah Winfrey Show: Where Are They Now? Beyond production, he is also a label builder. In 2010 he co-founded Repressure Recordings, and remained connected to multiple label identities including Deepressure and Stereoduck Recordings. Through these platforms, he worked closely with respected underground names such as A.Paul, Orlando Voorn, Dantiez Saunderson, Angel Alanis, Patrick DSP, Jeroen Search, and more. His latest label, Roffadamn Recordings, is a direct ode to Rotterdam, the city where he grew up, and the raw energy that shaped his sound from the start. Under CRUNCHY CA$HEW, Abdelilah delivers bass-driven music with no masks, no compromise, and maximum impact.
