Some people believe that The Bearded Man looks like famed house DJ Solomun. While it’s true that Solomun does indeed possess some burly facial hair, if anything, The Bearded Man more closely resembles LA-based producer Fontaine Ivory. The two actually happened to meet in the City of Angels™© (All Rights Reserved to Disney) a few years back, and they each did a double-take: "Could we be brothers!?" Ok, well they don’t look THAT similar, truth be told. But still, there’s a certain beard-y resemblance to the pair. They had a good chuckle about the whole thing, and that was the start of a beautiful week of making music in paradise. While he’s not officially credited on the track in any way, The Bearded Man likes to tell people that he at least helped with its creation*. (*He paid for the coffee.)
