Catartsis

'Sombre, l'égoïque' is Catartsis' debut solo techno EP in which the French artist investigates various styles of dancefloor oriented music. Diverse in rhythm, the EP's four tracks agitate singular sonic particles and timbres that bear the acousmatic and electroacoustic approach of the artist. Indeed, by recording sounds from the real and processing them into intricate percussive patterns, Catartsis creates unique and dense techno works that honour the textures of our acoustic realm.
