Makoto San

Teho and Makoto San have been in touch for a while but the story of "Hanten" started when they shared the stage together in Paris. During that night, Teho was immediately impressed by Makoto San"s massive instrumentarium which is composed by many traditional Japaneese instruments, mainly percussions made with bamboos, but also by their skills while using them. At this right moment, they decided to work together on a collaboration track. Teho sent them a draft project, Makoto San have used their Bamboos, Anklungs and Gendèr to sublime the track and to build the main elements of the melodies. Atmospheric and grandiose, "Hanten" brims with tension, building to a powerful crescendo of shimmering synthesis and floor shaking drums.
